BJR Earthworks

With over 21 years of experience in the civil and building industries, our company builds on a strong family legacy and a deep connection to the land. Growing up on a farm gave us firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities that come with managing and maintaining properties.

As a fully qualified carpenter with extensive hands-on experience, our founder brings a wealth of practical skills and a broad network of trusted industry contacts. Over the years, we’ve successfully completed a variety of projects, including service stations and factories, working in both building construction and expert earthworks. Drawing on this experience, we apply the same practical, solutions-focused approach to land management, including the care of our own land on the Mornington Peninsula.
